Terms and conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions which users must agree to at registration in the case a user wishes to use the services Megauploads.nl provides

User demands
The services of Megauploads.nl are only accesible to people who are allowed to sign a legal binding contract and are in a good legal position. Furthermore the customer guarantees to have the capacity to do business. The custommer should also be atleast 18 years old and be able to sign a binding contract.

Megauploads.nl  
Megauploads.nl can not be held responsible for the pictures and videos on the servers of Megauploads.nl that are uploaded by users (customers) from Megauploads.nl. Pictures and videos that contain unacceptable content will be removed by the Megauploads.nl team as soon as possible and if needed report the incident. Megauploads.nl can not be held responsible for any damage done to computers and/or other possessions caused by visiting and/or using this website and its features.

Rights
It is forbidden to upload illegal pictures and/or videos to the servers of Megauploads.nl. Megauploads.nl remains the right to remove pictures and videos if these contain illegal content. If this happens it can lead to deletion of the account or a permanent ban to Megauploads.nl. Also Megauploads.nl has the right to inform authorities about pictures and/or videos that contain illegal content. Users of Megauploads.nl are aware of the fact that uploading illegal content is illegal and the consequences their actions may have.

Files
Megauploads.nl remains the right to delete files uploaded by users of Megauploads.nl if they do not meet the requirements of Megauploads.nl. Files do not meet the requirements if the match at least one of the following points:

  1. The files contain copyrighted content in any form from anyone regardless who the person might be.
  2. The files contain any kind of pornographic material
  3. 3. Files uploaded with the intention to advertise or promote companies, brands etc.
  4. 4. Files that promote violence and/or criminality.  
Every material that matches one or more of the above mentioned points will be removed as soon as possible by employees of Megauploads.nl and depending on the severity of the material the corresponding authorities will be informed. Uploading files which are not complying with the rules will result in deletion of the account thru which it has been uploaded and the user will not be able to use Megauploads.nl services any longer. Megauploads.nl employees are entitled to permanently remove people from the website Megauploads.nl if they break the rules.

Customer details
The details of a customer and the files this customer uploaded are strictly confidential. Megauploads.nl will not distribute any details via any way to third parties. In the case a user uploads illegal content Megauploads.nl will remain the right to hand over any required details to the correct governments or authorities. In the case that customer details are incorrect Megauploads.nl remains the right to delete and/or ban the account in question.

Property
All files hosted on the website www.Megauploads.nl are property of Megauploads.nl, with the exception of files uploaded by users. These files are protected by copyright and should not be duplicated without the owner’s written permission. Megaloads.nl can not be held responsible for content uploaded by its users.
